How do you handle recruitment?
We have our own panels and network of recruitment agencies. Companies can either use them or their own panels.

Our AI moderater is trained on Indian and ASEAN-5 data, behavior, and languages. It moderates based on the research brief, and forms responses and follow ups in real-time based on participant's engagement.

How do I publish a study?
Fill out the "Get Started" form with your requirements. Our team will contact you within an hour with platform login details. Once logged in, fill in the 2 mins questionnaire on the platform regarding your study and hit "Publish". Your study will be created and published. And don't worry you can edit / update anything later.

Which demographics can I recruit panels from?
Currently we only support recruitment in India and Singapore across all SEC classes. We will be expanding to other demographics soon.

What is the pre-screening criteria for participants?
We pre-screen candidates on norms like identity and demographics with both audio and video verification. Additionally, depending on the research brief, we ask a set of qualifying questions on the screening interview as well.

Can I make changes to the study after it is published?
Yes, you can make changes and click "Publish & Exit" to update the live study. However, if you delete questions that already have responses, previous answers to those questions will be removed from analysis.
